Grilled Lamb Chops - with Rosemary, Lemon and Garlic

Tis the season for decadent, delicious meals and what better pairing than lamb with rosemary. Lamb is a great source of protein and B vitamins such as B12, niacin and riboflavin and this simple recipe is full of flavor! (Perfect for a special holiday meal or simple dinner party). Serve with your favorite roasted vegetables for a low carb, nutritious and hearty meal.



(Serves 2)

  • 4 lamb loin chops

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

  • 3 tbsp. fresh or dried rosemary

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon

  • 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tsp. sea salt

  • 1 tsp. black pepper


  1. Place lamb chops in a glass dish or large zip lock bag.

  2. Whisk all ingredients together in a medium bowl and pour over the lamb.

  3. Marinate the lamb in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes. (Marinating it overnight is even better!)

  4. Grill the lamb chops 4-5 minutes per side, turning once.
