Shed the extra layer with these 3 moves!
Newsflash: Summer is just around the corner and so it is time to shed our winter layer. Add these 3 moves to your day and you are sure to get swim suit ready!

1. Cross Jack
Targets: Arms and legs
Stand with feet together and arms at your sides. Jump your feet about 2 feet wide as you raise arms overhead, crossing one wrist in front of the other.
Jump feet together, crossing one foot in front of the other as you cross arms in front of hips.
Continue for 1 minute switching arm and leg positions each time
2. Squat Jump
Targets: Legs and glutes
Stand shoulder width apart and squat down to touch the ground keeping your chest up
Jump up to touch the sky and land keeping your knees slightly bent and fall right back into the squat position touching the ground.
Continue for 1 minute
3. Mountain Climber
Targets: Abs and arms
Get into a push up position so your hands are directly under your shoulders keeping your body in a straight line from your shoulders to your ankles
Bring your right foot off the floor and slowly raise your knee as close to your chest as you can
Return to the starting position and repeat with your left leg
Continue alternating for 1 minute
Repeat all 3 moves 3x for a total of 9 minutes. Swimming pool here we come!
